A word about the bidding: nonconstructive. Bidding 4NT tells South very little about partner's hand... nonetheless, that was the auction at one (or more) tables, and South guessed to bid 6NT after the (regular) Blackwood response revealed no aces.
West leads the 8. East wins the A and returns the 3, West contributing the 4. Plan the play.
